Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of inprogress (the “Service”), a free daily to-do tracking tool. By using the Service you agree to them. The version in force is the one published at the time you use the Service.

What the Service is

inprogress is a tool for organising your own tasks on a kanban board with an optional checklist. It is provided as a convenience and promises no particular outcome. You may use it without an account (your data stays in your browser) or create an account to sync your board across devices.

Your content

You own the tasks and lists you create and are solely responsible for their content and lawfulness. Do not use the Service to store unlawful content or content that infringes others’ rights.

Price

The Service is free. There is no purchase, subscription, or payment, and therefore no billing or refunds.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other users’ data, disrupt or overload the Service, scrape it in bulk, or circumvent its security. We may suspend access that threatens the Service or other users.

Availability and data

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue it at any time. Guest data lives only in your browser and is lost if you clear your browser storage. Account data is kept for as long as you keep your account; you can delete it at any time (see Privacy).

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and given that the Service is free, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Changes and governing law
