inprogress is a free app for daily task tracking. Type a task, press Enter, drag it to In Progress, then to Done. A checklist sits beside the board for the small things. Nothing to install and no sign-up: your tasks are saved in your browser the moment you type them.
Plan the day
Every board starts as To Do / In Progress / Done. Rename or add columns if your day needs more stages; most days do not.
Track progress
Drag with a mouse, long-press on a phone, or use the keyboard. The column counts tell you how the day is going at a glance.
Deadlines
Give any task a deadline. When it passes, the task gets a glyph and a word, so it is never colour alone and never buried.

Yes. The daily task tracker is free to use with no account. An optional free account adds sync across devices.
No. In guest mode everything is saved in your browser on that device. Create an account only if you want the same board on your phone and laptop.
Yes. The app is offline-first: your board loads from local storage instantly, and if you are signed in, changes sync when you are back online.
Yes. On a phone the board becomes a single vertical list with a pinned quick-add bar, and there are native iOS and Android apps in progress.
