Focus · today only · free
A long to-do list is honest but not helpful at nine in the morning. Focus mode lets you star up to three tasks for today (you choose the limit) and shows only those. Everything else sits folded under one line, still there, still yours, just not in the way. Picks are per day, so tomorrow you choose again.
A limit
Once today is full, the star tells you so. Finish or remove one before adding another — that is the point.
The rest
Your columns are one tap away under “Everything else”. Nothing moves, nothing is lost.
Per day
Picks carry the day they were made. Unfinished ones are easy to star again — or to leave.

Yes. The limit is a project setting from one to nine. Three is the default because it is the number most people actually finish.
It goes back into the folded list tomorrow, unchanged. Star it again if it is still the priority.
Not yet. Focus mode is about choosing, not clocking; a simple timer may be added later if people ask for it.
No. Like the rest of the app it works in your browser without signing in.
